I focus on the direct postpartum period. From the first days through the first 6 months of life. Postpartum can be planned at any point in pregnancy! THE EARLIER THE BETTER!
I rely on peer-reviewed study-based information, while offering grounded, realistic, natural remedies and alternatives.
I vow to educate people on safety, perinatal mental health, and holistic approaches to parenthood. From a lens of spirituality and integrity, I aim to affirm, respect, and support.
The goal is to prepare one’s environment with research based scientifics and trauma-informed empathy; arming my clients with knowledge and power.
With over 8 years in professional childcare, my priority has always been to structure, motivate, and support sustainability of the environment for both the family unit and our planet. To establish a stable foundation for raising the next generation.
I am committed to teach from a place of advocacy and validate as an act of activism for the Rights of the LGBTQIA+ community, the black community, the immigrant community, the disabled community, and sex/gender rights, among other marginalized groups.

I am open to supporting all types of families, regardless of culture, background, sexuality, gender, or type of family planning, at any stage in their pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting journey to best prepare for their postpartum experience. This includes families with seahorse parents, those seeking to co-nurse, undergoing hormone therapy, those using a donor, surrogacy, adoption, and so many others.

My rates for Postpartum Doula Support start at $40 an hour
